Hosting and mailboxes follow the regular plans.

How it works

Six steps, and nothing happens until you confirm.

  1. Upload the backup

A full cPanel backup (Full Backup or cpmove). No cPanel? Files as .zip or .tar.gz plus the .sql dump.

  2. The platform analyses it

In 30 seconds to 5 minutes: domains, databases, CMS, PHP version, mailboxes and space needed.

  3. You review the preview

Choose what comes over per domain and untick the mailboxes you don’t want. Only then do you confirm.

  4. The migration runs

Each site gets its own isolated server; databases and mailboxes are recreated. The old site stays online.

  5. Everything is checked

Site responding, database restored, files counted and message totals checked mailbox by mailbox.

  6. Report and DNS

You get the report and the exact records to change. If the domain is on UQBITZ, it’s automatic.

You choose what comes over

Site, email or both — domain by domain.

Site and email

The full path: files, databases and mailboxes with their messages.

Email only

The site stays where it is. No server is created; only mailboxes and messages come over.

Site only

For when your email already lives elsewhere, such as Google Workspace.

No surprises

What comes over and what doesn’t.

Comes over

  • Site files, for every domain and subdomain
  • MySQL/MariaDB databases
  • Mailboxes with all their messages
  • Primary, addon, subdomain and alias domains
  • DNS configuration and a fresh SSL certificate

Stays behind

  • Mailing lists
  • Email forwarders — coming soon
  • The Softaculous link: site files come over, management through it doesn’t
  • Mailbox passwords: each mailbox gets a new one, emailed to the account owner

Migration questions

Is migration free?

Yes, if you do it yourself from the panel: create the account and organisation, then use the Migration menu. Assisted migration, done by our team, costs $138.60 per site. Hosting and email follow the regular plans.

Will my site go offline?

No. The old site keeps answering until you switch DNS, after the checks. Propagation takes 1 to 48 hours.

Do old emails come over? Does the password change?

Messages come over, and the totals are checked mailbox by mailbox. Each mailbox gets a new password, emailed to the account owner.

Can I move only my email?

Yes. Choose "email only" for the domain: no server is created and the site stays where it is.

Which file do I need?

A full cPanel backup (Full Backup or cpmove). Without cPanel, upload the files as .zip or .tar.gz and the database dump as .sql.

My panel is Plesk or DirectAdmin. Does it work?

Not from the panel backup yet. Upload the files and the .sql manually, or ask for assisted migration.

Which currency do I pay in?

US dollars, euros or Brazilian reais — you choose on the site.

Start with the preview. It’s free.

Upload the backup, see what comes and what stays, and only confirm if it makes sense.
